We have adopted a corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) policy in compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Rules, 2014.

Our CSR initiatives are focused on:
As per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, a CSR committee has been formed by the Company. The areas for CSR activities are eradicating hunger and poverty, promoting health care including preventive health care, education, empowering women and other activities. The amount has to be expended on the activities which are specified in Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
In Fiscal 2025, Fiscal 2024 and Fiscal 2023, we have spent ₹10.45 million, ₹10.45 million, and ₹7.45 million towards our CSR activities.
