We are a specialty chemical intermediates manufacturer with expertise in handling complex chemistries and multi-step unit operations and processes. Founded in 1992, we are one of the leading manufacturers, of certain specialty chemical intermediates such as MCA, Sulphonamides and NAPSA based on Aromatic Amines and Sulphonamides and Amino Phenols families, respectively. We have manufacturing experience of over 30 years and commenced operations in 1992.

Mr. Harjindersingh Jaswantsingh Sarna
Chairman and Whole Time DirectorMr. Harjindersingh Jaswantsingh Sarna is a Whole-Time Director and Chairman of our Company. He founded our Company in 1992 and has been associated with our Company ever since. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from C. S. J. M. University, Kanpur. He is responsible for marketing the products of our Company in the domestic market and is involved in the day-to-day financial activities and the overall functioning of our Company. He has over 33 years of experience in the specialty chemical intermediates industry with our Company. He was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from July 7, 1992
Mr. Manjeetsingh Gurbirsingh Sarna
Managing DirectorMr. Manjeetsingh Gurbirsingh Sarna is the Managing Director of our Company. He holds a diploma in chemical engineering from Pune University. He is responsible for matters such as technology up-gradation, projects and development of our Company in the overseas market. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2003 and has 22 years of experience in chemical production with our Company. He was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from June 29, 2015.
Dr. Hemang Thakorlal Desai
Non -Executive DirectorDr. Hemang Thakorlal Desai is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science, a master’s degree in organic chemistry and a doctorate in philosophy (chemistry) from South Gujarat University. He is the proprietor of Dr. Hemang’s Laboratory and DRH Life Science and has over 13 years of experience in research and development and projects execution, out of which three years has been with our Company. He was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from November 24, 2021.
Mr. Rajkumar Singh
Whole Time DirectorMr. Rajkumar Singh is a Whole-Time Director of our Company. He has received a passing certificate (for IX standard) from M. S. K. G. College Samastipur. He has been associated with our Company since January 1, 2007 and has over 18 years of experience in chemical production with our Company. He was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from June 29, 2015.
Mr. Mulshankar Dhulabhai Prajapati
Independent DirectorMr. Mulshankar Dhulabhai Prajapati is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay. He is an associate with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been granted a certificate of practice and membership by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is associated with Prajapati and Associates as a partner and has cumulative experience of over 26 years. He was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from December 26, 2022.
Mrs. Ruta Krunal Vashi
Independent DirectorMrs. Ruta Krunal Vashi is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Hons.) from Shah N.H. Commerce College, Valsad. She also holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. She is currently a practicing advocate in the civil courts in Valsad and has over 14 years of experience in practicing litigation. She was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from January 10, 2024.
Dr. Tanvi Premal Desai
Independent DirectorDr. Tanvi Premal Desai is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from South Gujarat University, a bachelor’s degree in law from South Gujarat University, Valsad, a master’s degree in law and a doctorate in philosophy (law) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. She has been previously associated with Shah Narottamdas Harjivandas Commerce College as an ad hoc lecturer, Shah Khimchandbhai Muljibhai Law College as an ad hoc lecturer and Naran Lala Law College, Navsari as an I/C principal and has cumulative experience of over nine years. She was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from February 3, 2025.
Dr. Gautam Ishwarlal Dave
Independent DirectorDr. Gautam Dave is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (Hons.), a master’s degree in organic chemistry, and a doctorate of philosophy from Gujarat University. He has previously worked as a general manager, in the R&D department in the United Phosphorous Limited and as the head of EHS of Atul Limited and has cumulative experience of over 39 years. He was appointed to our Board of Directors with effect from February 3, 2025.
